*   Removed deprecated method pTemplate::addTemplates()

* Added anonymous templates (feature: pTemplate::nameless-templates">)
    Nameless templates have name="*" and are not adressable.
    They are useful if you have many conditional or referential visible
    template snippets and you dont want to think about collision-free
    identifiers. Anonymous templates internally get sequence numbers
    assigned as their names, so we dont break too many known rules.

*   Added referential visibility:
    You now can define templates to depend on others in their visibility.

    i.e. visibility="== foo"	-- this template is visible when "foo" is.
         visibility="!= foo"	-- it is hidden when foo is visible.

    Currently the max. recoursion depth is 10, afther then the processor
    breaks with error message.

*   Added debug capability.
    If the variable $ptemplate_debug is set, the processor code is
    loaded from pTemplate-debugger.inc, which spits out many debug messages.
    NOTE: this experimental and may change in future.

* Added additional option "dont_argue_missing" (bool) for
    readTemplateFromFile() and its internal helpers. if this option is
    set, pTemplate will not print out any warning if the requested
    template source cannot be opened. this does not affect error messages
    on broken files.
