Revision: http://svn.php.net/viewvc?view=revision&revision=332597
Log:
Just updates the description to make it clear that the generated output is unspecified HTML and is
subject to change. This establishes that the user should not have a particular expectation about
the HTML generated, and also allows future changes. See: https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=23253
