How to add a new pecl extension documentation?

I am trying to add a new documentation section for the PECL extension http://pecl.php.net/package/WinCache, but cannot figure out what to modify in order for Phd to pick up and build the new docs. I have created a new folder under /en/references/ called wincache and created a book.xml file there with the following content: <book xml:id="book.wincache" xmlns="http://docbook.org/ns/docbook" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"> ... What are all the other places I need to modify so that this new page is built by PhD and shows up in the docs? I would like this section to show up somewhere on this page: http://www.php.net/manual/en/funcref.php.
