4th is the charm... Although I doubt the attachment will work.. I apologize if you wind up receiving 3 copies of this mail.. gmail/our mailinglists are making fun of me it seems. Hi all The index on www.php.net/indexes comes from the doc-base/scripts/genfuncindex.php script, which parses one of the funclist.txt files which then again are generated by PhD_IDE which in turn uses the normal manual. This process is silly and the actual funcindex.xml before this summer hadn't been updated in several years. See also bug#52079 Attached is a patch that will use the newly-committed phd feature of generating index listing for "things". All the patch does is remove genfuncindex.php and replace the entire funcindex.xml with 2 sections (one for refentries and one for examples) and a process instruction for PhD to dump its index. If there are no objections I plan on committing this after the next PhD release. -Hannes
