php_iconv.dll not included in php 5 ?

Dear php community,
I just migrated from php4 to php5. After starting the Apache 2.0.49 the following error message
comes up:
"PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php5\ext\php_iconv.dll' - The
module can not be found."
The php_iconv.dll ist need to convert between character sets. Taking a look in the "ext"-
folder I saw that it really isn't there.
