Yeah figured that out, and took a file to figure why, I accidentally
some how added a generate_captcha() inside the captcha-image.php file so
it was being generated 2x :( plus captcha-image was missing a
session_start() which I originally had in prepend.inc but moved out of
there ... so urg sooooorry, rest of the code was okey.
Thing is I diffed and tried this all before committing so I'm very
surprised that I missed this, it's working now, will commmit in a sec
and then we just have to wait for the sync.
