Dear Sir or Madam: *Last week I have emailed to you via my staff email, chenghui@staff.sina.com.cn, but did not get any responce,* *so I am writing to you again.* We are from the Cloud Computing Department of Sina.com, which is the largest Chinese-language infotainment website. Almost all pages of Sina.com are written by PHP, so we are heavily relying on documents or security updates in www.php.net. But it's really slow to connect to www.php.net, not only are we affected, but other php programmers in China also suffer. Our major project is Sina App Engine(SAE, http://sae.sina.com.cn), the first PaaS computing platform in China. It's also a PHP-centric project, like GAE, but we now support PHP sandbox environment. More than 10 thousand applications/websites run on it. This is application form, please check: Country: China Domain: cn2.php.net Name: Hui.
