As stated on the mirroring information page, your mirror must have
SQLite installed (we prefer pdo_sqlite), and should have statistics
installed and enabled. It must also synchronize with our rsync
servers regularly --- preferably once hourly.
If you can get pdo_sqlite on there and have it synchronize hourly
at 33 minutes past the hour, we'll gladly accept your mirror. As I
have no doubt that you'll be able to get that done very soon, I'll go
ahead and send the preliminary email over to you momentarily.
Thanks again.
