The current mirror provider links for this mirror go to fubra.com, our main website. We recently spun off our hosting arm to a new brand -- CatN Hosting -- and would like to get the credits on the PHP sites updated to reflect this (we've already changed the sponsor logo). I'd appreciate if we could have the name changed from the current "Fubra" to "CatN PHP Hosting" and the link changed from the current http://www.fubra.com/ to http://catn.com/. If there's more information you need in order to make this change I'm be more than happy to help.If you could send from (or CC to) the address we have on file, naming the person who is/was responsible for it, that's not a problem at all. It's just an annoying extra step to make sure it's actually you guys. No problem at all. I thought I had copied that address in but it looks like you might have mirror@fubra.com (rather than mirrors@...), so I have copied that in too. Just in case I have also copied Brendan McLoughlin in on his personal email address -- he is the one who initially set up the mirror -- to cover all bases.
As a side note I was wondering what happens when mirrors drop out of the project -- I notice that uk2. has been dropped from the mirrors list and uk. suspended. That leaves us, as uk3, as the only UK based mirror active. If uk. is also dropped from the mirror list will waiting list providers be added as uk. and uk2. or will we, as maintainers for the last 4 years, be able to move to cover the lead uk. mirror?Generally we wouldn't offer this, but by request, we can do it.I'm setting up a mirror myself (provided by eUKhost) that was going to replace UK2, and - pending response from the maintainers of uk.php.net, who've yet to acknowledge our contact - may soon be looking to replace another UK mirror from applications on the waiting list. Trying to hurry things up so that you guys don't wind up taking on a bunch of unanticipated traffic. In any case, I can already give you the uk2.php.net address if youwant to accept it today, or - if you want to wait another day - you can take the gamble on whether or not uk.php.net comes back up. If it doesn't, it'll be expelled, and you guys can assume the primary; if it comes up and you haven't accepted UK2 today, I'll have already replaced it, so you guys would remain UK3. I'm happy to wait a little while on a gamble. It's just for the prestige that we wanted to shift I think, and I see little point moving from uk3. to uk2. (and, personally, I'm in the habit of going directly to uk3. anyway, so it would just confuse me). I'm happy to let someone else have uk2. and bounce up to uk. if and when it becomes available. In the mean time we might as well stay where we are.
