Every time there's been an issue with uk.php.net, uk2.php.net has had the exact same issue. And, most recently, with them both going down, that's put an unnecessary and unacceptable load on UK3. If you guys get UK squared away (still haven't even received a response on that one, and it's scheduled to be deleted tomorrow), that can stay, but we can no longer have both mirrors there. Every time it acts up, it seems as thought their both hosted on the exact same machine, just with multiple IP addresses. It's already in the process of being replaced, but hopefully we can count on you guys to keep UK; if not, just let me know and we'll replace it from the waiting list as well.
