Sorry, I think it's because all forms of cn(x).php.net have been disabled by Chinese government. All Chinese local DNS return some wrong IP. In China, all domains parking to IPs in China mainland have to been registered in MIIT(Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). The premise is, somebody or some organization have to give a domain certification that can prove the domain is belong to him/its. So, xxx.php.net cannot be registered. These days, National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference is in progress. So the supervision and review of internet is severe. CN.PHP.NET is probably unavailable temporarily. 2013/3/3 <php-mirrors@lists.php.net> > Hi! > > Our automatic mirror site check was unable to reach > the PHP.net mirror site maintained by you for three or more days > now, *or* have found a permanent fatal error in your mirror setup. > Therefore our bot automatically disabled your listing as an > official PHP.net mirror site. > > The last error message stored for your mirror is: > == > <b>09-OCT-2012 15:42:51 UTC</b> [danbrown] Mirror updated: Hostname > changed, round-robin activated.
