What are we going to do about it?

Jani is probably only interested in "gold" extensions that are part of the
PHP distro.

Is PEAR-centric
- pecl.php.net ->
currently shares the the PEAR bugs database.
It seems to me that pecl should be tied to the bugs.php.net database
somehow, but to save clutter, we probably need some way to distinguish
between a "gold" extension and a regular pecl extension.
As one of the long-term goals for PHP is to make all extensions pecl-based,
we don't really want to split the bug systems for pecl and the core too
much.
Jani - got any ideas? *cough* bubar *cough*
