Getting updates for PECL bugs

Is there a mailing list or newsgroup which you can subscribe to for PECL bugs? Like there's news.php.net/php.bugs for the main php bugs, and docs bugs are reported on the php.doc list, and so on. Or, is there a way to subscribe to a PECL package's bugs? The mails go to everyone who is recorded as a maintainer, but can others be added without them having a cvs account and being a maintainer for the package? Finally (you can see where this is going) how can I change the forwarding address associated with my cvs account? I know how to change the email address associated with my PECL account. But the mail forwarding for <my-cvs-account>@php.net is welded to the alternative email address I gave when I first applied for the cvs account - how can I change that? Thanks for any advice ..
