swish - symbol lookup error swish.so undefined symbol: SwishInit

Folks I'm trying to use swish-0.2 with PHP-5.1.6 on Linux and once calling "new Swish()" I'm experiencing the following error: php: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/php5/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20050922/swish.so: undefined symbol: SwishInit Extension was successfully installed: $ php -i | grep swish swish swish support => enabled source available from => http://swish-e.org It seems that swish-e library is simply not found(thanks to Antony for pointing at this) and I simply have to configure /etc/ld.so.conf properly. However I think it's not case since the following command shows it's present: $ sudo ldconfig -p | grep swish libswish-e.so.2 (libc6) => /usr/lib/libswish-e.so.2 libswish-e.so (libc6) => /usr/lib/libswish-e.so Any tips?
