I should work fine in CLI mode (works best in CLI in fact)...
Is the reload_plugins() in the same class/file you're trying to reload? Is there a particular error message? Does PHP segfault? If so, can you provide a backtrace?

I tried to go through the extension code myself and figure out what the problem was, but I'm just not seeing anything that would cause it to bomb only in this circumstance. If someone could help me with a fix for this bug, or at the very least point me in the right direction so I can try to fix it myself, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
