ssdeep clean up and review

Hi, I have spent a little time readying the extension for inclusion in PECL. I have updated it to include all of Johannes suggestions in his email http://news.php.net/php.pecl.dev/7620 . During this process I re-jigged the source so that it can be packaged using Pyrus and I have written DocBook documentation that can be built using the PhD/php-doc build tools. This is now in a new branch of the GitHub repo called pecl-ready: http://github.com/treffynnon/php_ssdeep/tree/pecl-ready Please let me know what you think of the code and documentation etc and if you think it is ready for inclusion in the PECL library. If so what do you think the extension should be called and what category do you think it should appear in?
