Dear APC developers
On the documentation page you write that 30 is a default value for apc.shm_size. This is not true at least on Windows. I have 32 MB.
You also don't say a word about apc.shm_size and M/G suffixes.
On the IIS 6.0 PHP says that there is an error in apc.php line 68.
PHP Notice: Undefined index: SERVER_ADDR ...
In my case it helped when I changed:
if( $_SERVER['SERVER_ADDR'] ) {
to
if( isset($_SERVER['SERVER_ADDR']) ) {
