Yep, that fixed the seg fault :) My problem now is a matter of implementation If I apply my xsl with $proc->importStylesheet($dom2); all is fine, but if I try to add a second xsl doc $proc->importStylesheet($dom3);

how should that work? I mean, should it apply both xsl in FIFO order or what?

it over writes $dom2, rather than adding to it perhaps I am using the wrong method to import the second?

there's no sense in adding a second one IMHO, just transform your XML with the first one and then with the second one chregu
