Fixed in cvs. When dealing with html, you can also use some new functions
which dont require changing the encoding to html.
input:
$doc->loadHTML($html);
$doc->loadHTMLFile($filename);
output:
$html = $doc->saveHTML();
$doc->saveHTMLFile($filename);
