List of catalog files is taken from XML_CATALOG_FILES is taken from environment variable. This works in libxml2 (e.g. xmllint) when used from command line but it doesn't work through PHP+Apache. Any idea? And even if it would work I think that PHP should offer API that will allow to register set of catalog files for each script because each user can have different catalog files.
