XML syntax error in Windows

Hi guys,
When I parse a RSS feed in Linux, everything goes OK, but when I try to do
it in Windows, I only receive the "Syntax error in line 1".
Line 1 is just the '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>'
line. And
as I said, it only happens in windows. Can anyone explain to me why? I am
just going nuts trying to find a reason for that error.
