Hrm..?? You are only using --with-pdflib and --with-xml which assumes
that you have placed the relevant header files in /usr/local/include. It
looks like you haven't. I don't think this is something we can fix. If
you don't tell PHP where your files are, it has to assume they are in the
default location.
