This was a typo coming from libxml2 and should be fixed there
since approx. 2.6.17.

Passing any invalid value for the second parameter of
DOMXPath::evaluate() yields the warning shown below (copied and pasted
from a run where it occurred), where "inclomplete" should be
"incomplete."
