Bug description: False notice: lookbehind assertion is not fixed length

The regex posted below is legal and fixed length but raises the following
warning:
lookbehind assertion is not fixed length
Situation: negative lookbehind contains a negated character class.
This bug makes it impossible to use a negated character class anywhere
within a negative lookbehind.
