ID: 38336 Updated by: tony2001@php.net Reported By: thisgenericname at gmail dot com -Status: Open +Status: Bogus Bug Type: Reproducible crash Operating System: Windows XP Professional PHP Version: 5.1.4 New Comment: See bug #37418. Usually there is no need to report something that works fine in current CVS snapshot. Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [2006-08-04 22:04:02] thisgenericname at gmail dot com Description: ------------ PHP 5.1.4 crashes on Windows XP ("CLI has encountered a problem and needs to close...") after execution of any script (even an empty file) finishes. This crash goes away if "extension=php_tidy.dll" is removed from php.ini. Tested using the official ZIP release as well as the one bundled with wampserver. PHP 5.2.0 latest snapshot (Fri, 04 Aug 2006 20:36:36 +0200 Version: 5.2.0RC2-dev Branch: HEAD Build: Release_TS) does not experience this behavior. I only tested CLI, I didn't test running under a webserver. FYI only -- I didn't see a way to get the current changelog to see if this 'just happened to be fixed' or was actually intentionally fixed in 5.2.0RC2 (perhaps changelogs could be included in snapshot builds? Will post that as a FREQ) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=38336&edit=1
