OCI documentation doesn't tell anything of such possibility.
Feel free to implement it, though, if you know how to do it.

Description:
------------
It is not possible to get the table name from a result set. This
breaks desired behavior in frameworks such as CakePHP . Is it all
possible to have a function like oci_field_table? MySQL has support
for this kind of behavior in mysql_fetch_field.
