This bug has been fixed in CVS.
Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change

I can't add a comment to bug #37265 (why??) so I've to post here: The
bug is still not fixed, because imap_reopen() needs the same check
too.
Reproduce code:
---------------
$mbox = imap_open("/path/to/allowed/file", "", "");
imap_reopen($mbox, "/path/to/arbitrary/file");
$file = imap_body($mbox, 1);
echo $file;
