Bug description: session.use_trans_sid did not work on Docomo mobile phone
Description:

I had problem with session.use_trans_sid of PHP 4.4.4 on Docomo mobile
phone. The session did not work at all. I use Docomo simulator
(http://www.nttdocomo.co.jp/english/p_s/i/flash/tool2.html) to test it.
The session_id value is always changed when I refresh or move between
page. But it work find with PHP Version 4.3.11. And the code also works
fine on PC.
