Bug description:  ntwdblib.dll that comes with PHP5 does not work

Description:
------------
The ntwdblib.dll that comes with PHP5 is corrupted. You must copy
ntwdblib.dll from MSSQL 2000 to the C:\windows\system32 folder or C:\PHP
folder. Otherwise MSSQL functionality is broken in PHP.
