Bug description: dl() fails with CLI when compiled along with a multithreaded sapi
When configuring and compiling PHP as a module for use with a multithreaded
webserver, the CLI complains that dl() is not supported on multithreaded
web servers.
Don't blame me about using dl() at all; I just don't want my (local)
webserver to load the PHP-GTK module :)
