Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same. Because of this, we hope you add your comments
to the original bug instead.

QUERY_STRING simply holds no data with version 4.2.1,
after I tried 4.1.2 everything worked fine....
I used the -with-apxs kind of installation on 1.3.24 and apxs2 on
2.0.36 of Apache... no difference
problem example :
test.php?thisshouldbepassed=1
echo "-".$QUERY_STRING."-";
-> --
