call to xslt_process() transforms non-breaking space incorrectly.  

Reproduce code:

	  'linkKey' => $_GET['page']
	);
$transformed =  xslt_process($xslt, $xmlFile, $xslFile, NULL ,NULL,
$parameters);
if ($transformed) {

} else {
	echo "Error Transforming pictures.xml by applying picturePage.xslt
