#39544 [NEW]: svn client does not retrieve https-located sources

I have wrote the simple shell script and called it from both command line and using shell_exec, exec, passthru and `` functions. All commandline calls were successful, both http/https/file URIs worked nice. Any calls from PHP - failed at the certain point.
