The event log containing similar events: Faulting application httpd.exe, version 2.2.3.0, faulting module php5ts.dll, version 5.2.0.0, fault address 0x000974cd. and Faulting application httpd.exe, version 2.2.3.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x01dc2dc0.
