Hi,
Sorry for my English. I have just checked the loaded ext again.
Everything runs property if I comment this line in php.ini
[PHP_THREADS]
;extension=php_threads.dll
PHP 5.2 installed on Apache 2.2.3, Win Server 2003 SP1.
