Bug Type: Feature/Change Request
Operating System: Irrelevant
PHP Version: 5.2.0
New Comment:
PHP knows nothing about "HTML" or similar and how to render it. You
would need to use some browser to do this. There certainly won't be any
browser integrated into PHP for this functionality.

Description:
------------
It would be nice if some module existed that could render webpages (as
HTML) to GD-compatible images. This could be useful to generate
previews or thumbnails of to-be-created pages.
