tzdata 2006p has been released, which includes a DST update for Western
Australia that takes effect this Sunday, December 3. (The legislation
only went through last week, hence the short notice.) As a result,
PHP's internal time zone database will need to be updated.
Should I file a separate bug on pecl.php.net/timezonedb to request a
new release of that?
