Floating point values have a limited precision. Hence a value might
not have the same string representation after any processing. That also
includes writing a floating point value in your script and directly
printing it without any mathematical operations.

PHP converts some floats to integers incorrectly (I only know of one
example).
Reproduce code:

echo strval(2169.99 * 100), "\n";
echo intval(2169.99 * 100), "\n"; // converts incorrectly
Expected result:
