#39712 [NEW]: Installation failure "Program Required"

From: kemputer at optushome dot com dot au Operating system: Windows Server 2003 PHP version: 5.2.0 PHP Bug Type: IIS related Bug description: Installation failure "Program Required" Description: ------------ Installaing PHP V 5.2 from the msi installation file terminated prematurely with a message "A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel etc".
