Installation with PECL or bundled with PHP 5.2 or later
Windows users will enable php_zip.dll inside of php.ini in order to use
these functions. In PHP 4 this DLL resides in the extensions/ directory
within the PHP Windows binaries download. You may download this PECL
extension DLL from the PHP Downloads page or at http://snaps.php.net/.

I use php 5.2.0 on windows 2003 server. In documentation ZipArchive is
in php package but when I launch zip archive
$zip = new ZipArchive ();
the ZipArchive class is not found
