If PHP is run as an Apache module, and a script use the openlog()
function, it changes the "ident" and "facility" of the current thread.
So, if Apache uses syslog to log its errors (ErrorLog syslog), all
subsequent errors are sent to the facility set by the previous PHP
script. Moreover, it is possible that the "ident" parameter points to a
memory location now freed, so garbage apperas into the logs!
