ID: 2900 Updated by: sander@php.net Reported By: antonin.rozehnal@intax.cz -Status: Open +Status: Bogus Bug Type: Installation problem Operating System: AIX 4.2 PHP Version: 3.0.12 New Comment: Thank you for taking the time to report a problem with PHP. Unfortunately, PHP 3 is no longer supported. Please download the latest version of PHP 4 from http://www.php.net/downloads.php If you are able to reproduce the bug with one of the latest versions of PHP, please change the PHP version on this bug report to the version you tested and change the status back to "Open". Again, thank you for your continued support of PHP. Previous Comments: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [1999-12-03 04:38:44] antonin.rozehnal@intax.cz If I made Apache with default options it worked fine. But when I did ./configure --prefix=/work/wwwspr cd ../PHP-3.0.12 ./configure --with-apache=../APACHE_1.3.9 make make install cd - ./configure --prefix=/work/wwwspr --activate-module=src/modules/php3/libphp3.a make make install /work/wwwspr/bin/apachectl start I din't see any error, httpd started (I controled that by 'ps -ef|grep ht'), but there wasn't any answer from Apache. For example - when I send 'tn localhost 80' a conection is established but immediately end (it don't wait for other requests). Apache is still running. I can't see any errors, /work/wwwspr/logs/error_log is O.K. too. I have php3.ini in /usr/local/lib. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ -- Edit this bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=2900&edit=1
