It looks like wddx_deserialize converts any single <char> node with
code point above decimal 192 wrongly!

wddx_deseralize seems to convert utf8 character sequences wrongly from
<char> nodes. Just the leading byte seems to be off, the subsequent
one[s] are correct.
Tested on both 4.3.11 (Redhat) and 4.4.5RC1 (OS X)
