I use php 3.0.5 and database abstraction layer.
3.0.5 has problems with delete and update statements, after
upgrade to 3.0.12 i have new problem.
Instead of cyrillic symbols from time to time are displayed '?'.
!FROM TIME TO TIME!
I use construction:
PutEnv("NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.CL8KOI8R"); (in some cases WIN1251,
different charset)
$conn = db_connect("SID","user","pass");
With php 3.0.5 this construction works excellent, cyrillic symbols are
displayed correctly.
But with 3.0.11 and 3.0.12 there is a described mistake :-(
