This bug has been fixed in CVS.

Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change

The latititude and longitude are backwards in date_sun_info().

Reproduce code:
---------------
Look at the calls to timelib_astro_rise_set_altitude() in
ext/date/php_date.c. 4 of the 5 calls have the arguments backwards.
