Bug description: Crash when script_encoding is set to Shift_JIS of SJIS-win
Description:
------------
If php is compiled with --enable-zend-multibyte and setting
script_encoding to SJIS or Shift_JIS, some script crash the apache
process.
There is no error when running the same script by CLI PHP.
