Unable to get php_mysqli.dll to load properly on Windows Vista Business
with Apache 2.0.59 or 2.2.x.

Install Apache 2.0.59 + PHP 5.2.1
Try loading the php_mysqli.dll
Expected result:

Able to load extension
Actual result:

Cannot load, get error "Procedure could not be found."
