Bug description: substract integer part of a float value is not working well
Description:

When you try to get decimal part of a float number, if you substract
integer number to float one, it returns the decimal part plus
0.00000000000001.
Reproduce code:

var_dump(214.16569 - 214);
?>
Expected result:
----------------
0.16569
Actual result:
--------------
0.16569000000001
--
