Bug description: Scripts with Sessions do not work

Any page with "session_start();" will give a blank page in PHP 4.4.7
whereas they worked fine before the upgrade. I reported the same error for
PHP 4.4.5 and you said it was bogus showing you were rather ignorant, so
lets hope this goes better.
