If using the session functions and trans-sid, PHP 4.1.2 adds a
<input>-tag containing the SID immediatly after the <form> tag, but
this is not valid in HTML because <input>s aren't allowed to lay
directly in a <form> tag:

It would be better to add this <input> tag after the <input
type="submit" />
